Character Name: Anton Lehmann
Member of Staff who Permanently Killed your Character: N/A

How did your character die?: Instant death by a sniper in S2K engagement
Why should your character's PK be reverted?: Roleplay Guidelines Section 4, 1.3. My character was the victim in an S2K engagement. I didn't provoke the sniper to attack me nor do anything to attack them. I also find it extremely unfair that a person can instantly kill others with a 1-shot-kill rifle and have them permanently killed. It's an extremely easy way to kill someone you have an OOC grudge on, especially so because people can flag on their OTA sniper characters at any time. Additionally, I was in the middle of roleplaying an action, and my /me was cut short by the sniper's attack.
Date of Occurrence: Today
Evidence: N/A
Other Players/Staff involved: "CP Main"

Aspect

Perhaps it wasn't a waste of time after all.

I didn't provoke the sniper to attack me
The moment you crossed the TRZ entrance, you provoked every Union Agent to attack you with the intention to kill you.

I also find it extremely unfair that a person can instantly kill others with a 1-shot-kill rifle and have them permanently killed.
It has been stated before, that, Permanent Kills will be strict here. That's just how the rules are. Additionally, many people have been shot and did not die instantly, getting to live another day. In your case, you must've gotten shot in the head or some other critical area.

It's an extremely easy way to kill someone you have an OOC grudge on, especially so because people can flag on their OTA sniper characters at any time.
Carrying out actions against a character due to Out-Of-Character relations is not allowed and anyone who does that will be punished. None of the OTA players have a grudge against anyone, none that would prompt them to kill someone's character over it. Furthermore, realistically, there would always be a sniper overlooking the train yard.

Additionally, I was in the middle of roleplaying an action, and my /me was cut short by the sniper's attack.
Subsequently to a Shoot-To-Kill engagement being initiated, other players are not obligated and sit and wait for you to write out a /me. That is the definition of S2K. Writing out a /me in the middle of a S2K engagement is a risk you, and only you are putting yourself into, and you are the one who will have to face the consequences of that.
